long term athletic development
Killererin GAA are delighted to be putting into place a long term athletic development plan for all competitive teams from underage to adult.
Firstly, we are calling parents and boys born 2008,2009, 2010, 2011 to an information and demonstration evening in Killererin clubhouse gym on Wednesday 4th December at 7pm.
All exercises will be age appropriate and will be monitored by a qualified instructors in conjuction with Evolve Sports Academy.
Please come along with your son to see what’s involved and learn the importance of correct exercise. This is a fantastic and progressive step by the club to help all players development, overall health and wellbeing.
