Seniors had a good win over Barna on Sunday last in the league. Special thanks to Mike and Ann Treacy (Pam Oil ) for the sponsored meal afterwards for the team in the Galway Golf Club. Minors lost to Menlough last Wednesday evening in the championship on a scoreline of 2-7 to 1-9.Junior B's play Kilconly in the Championship this Friday evening at 8pm in Tuam Stadium. please show your Support.
Well done to Colin Forde and the Galway team last Saturday on their victory against Waterford and they are now through to the next round of qualifiers.
Our Pitch Development of our new clubhouse/Dressing rooms is finally underway. we will soon be at the raft Stage.The new development will comprise of four new dressing rooms,modern toilets/shower facilities/ medical room /meetingroom /kitchen /Gym Room. Funding has been very successful so far and voluntary labour will hold the key to completing the project and keeping costs at a very modest price. Killererin GAA Club has big plans to make the future secure for the large numbers of boys and girls,growing up in the parish and learning to play the Gaelic Games. We are currently seeking voluntary labour in all aspects of the project such as Blocklaying,Plumbing, Labourers,carpentry, Roofing,electrical, etc, If you would like to contribute or willing to give some time/expertise work to this project it would be greatly appreciated. Congratulations also to Tod Nolan on his recent celebration twenty five years in the Priesthood.We wish him the very best for the future years ahead.
