CLUB NOTES MONDAY 10TH FEB 2014   04/03/2014

Our U21’s had a good win over Caherlistrane on Saturday last which ended on a scoreline of 5-8 to 1-3 . Well done to all involved. Meeting for all mangers for 2014 this Wednesday night 12th Feb  at 9.30pm in the community centre.

Our club night out for 2013 will take place on Saturday 1st March at 9pm in Harpy’s Bar . All  welcome.. Music and food on the night. Club presentations for 2013 will also be presented on the night including the Fr. Oliver Hughes Memorial Hall of Fame award,clubperson of the year and player of the year. The GAA has come up with, in conjunction with its National Financial Management Committee, a draw designed to assist local GAA clubs with their own fund-raising efforts. Following a proposal from the National Financial Management Committee, it has been agreed to run a draw as follows. Clubs can obtain 50 books of tickets (500 tickets in total) from the GAA and sell each ticket for €10 each. Up to 2,000 tickets can eventually be requested if required. Those who buy tickets will be entered into a draw, with prizes provided by GAA Central Council. Each club will retain the proceeds of the tickets sold by their club. Tickets cost €10.00 and are available from all committee members.We are requesting that all members would try to sell at least five tickets each and it’s good way to start the fundraising for the club for 2014. Prizes include 1:Trip for two for the International rules series in Australia (package includes for two match tickets,airline tickets,and accommodation). 2: Ultimate football package 2014(Two All Ireland football final tickets 2014.All stars banquet tickets and airline tickets to Boston for the All Stars 2014 tour complete with hotel accommodation). 3: two corporate box tickets for a concert of your choice In Croke park 2014 with  pre-concert hospitality. 4:travel voucher to the value of €1500.00  5:All Ireland football final package 2014 (two corporate box tickets,pre match lunch ,accommodation two nights Dublin hotel,dinner on the sat eve in top Dublin Restaurant.) 6:  All Ireland Huring final package 2014 (two corporate box tickets,pre match lunch ,accommodation two nights Dublin hotel,dinner on the sat eve in top Dublin Restaurant.) 7:shopping voucher to the value of €1000 at a retailer of your choice.8:All –Ireland football & hurling package 2014. The complete package for two includes premium tickets for the All Ireland  Hurling and Football finals with overnight accommodation for one night for both weekends in a Dublin hotel. 9:Two premium tickets for a concert of your choice in Croke park 2014.10: trip for two to new York for St. Patrick’s day 2015 which include airline tickets and three nights hotel accommodation. Club Membership is now due and must be paid before March 28th  and all players, managers, mentors are reminded that your membership includes your Insurance cover. No player will be permitted to play any matches without being fully paid up. This applies from underage to adult. This is essential for compliance with the players injury scheme and croke park regulations. We encourage all present members to introduce new members to the club for 2014 and we would also like to see ex members and players, Underage parents, Parishioneers join and be part of our club for 2014.This is important as we need more people from the parish involved in our Club for 2014.Membership/ Registration morning can be paid on Sunday 23rd February at the pitch from 11.45 to 12.30pm for all underage and adult members or it can be paid www.killereringaa.com. Bags can be dropped to the pitch between 10am and 2pm every Saturday till end of march. There will be one dressing room allocated to this. All types of used clothing new/old in any condition. Men's, Ladies, Children's, babies, handbags, belts, shoes etc. Curtains, pillow cases and bed Linen must be in a separate bag please. ( No Duvets, Pillows, soft toys ).Don't bin it let your club cash in.
